uploading multiple classes

hi somebody knows how to upload multiple classes in DOS.
I cant find out how to upload using eclipse 3.2 so I'm using DOS, the only problem its that i cant upload more then one. If i use ´,´ like class1,class2 i get that the second class doesn't have a main.

any help would be great
