PROBLEM in MATLAB-SIMULINK - NXTway-GS - Self-balancin robot

Hi I am a student from Technical University of Crete in Greece.
I am trying to run the NXTway-GS demo by Yorihisa Yamamoto.
I execute all the steps correctly and when I click the final step which is DOWNLOAD (SRAM)
it says ''Execute ramboot for uploading a program into RAM: ./nxtprj/nxtway_app_ram.bin ''
I get the next error : ramboot.exe stoped working
and as a result it can't upload the demo to my NXT.
Please I would be grateful If someone could answer me why ramboot.exe stop working.
