Provide new beta release of Lejos for download

Hello,
since version 0.85 a lot of improvements have been appliced, which are important to users of the NXT 2.0 set.

I think you should publish a release 0.86 or so with the current development state.

I can understand that the development team likes to close all known bugs before publishing the next release, but we (the users) are now waiting more than a whole year for it.

The current development state is surely much better than the old 0.85 release - even if it has known bugs.
