Perspective Navigation

At the University of Central Oklahoma our robotics class used the NXT Brick. Our group consisted of four members, Kyle Fields, Jonathan Clement, Tyler Batdorf and Kyle Poston. We created a Perspective Navigation system

That's pretty cool. I saw a similar attempt with those ultralight indoor helicopters. Someone wanted to have the R/C helicopter under computer control, but of course it would be too heavy to put sensors on the copter so they used an external camera similar to your setup. I don't think they were successful.
