I put a project with examples of running TachoCount and BTSend on Android at http://github.com/Shawn-in-Tokyo/leJOS-Droid

Honestly though it'd be easier to just use your pc/laptop. Android is a little complex to program for though...

Tested on Android 1.5-1.6 HTC Sapphire (i.e. ADP2 or Google Ion)
