Basical Remote Control Functionality

Hi all,

This has been bugging me for several hours now. Total n00b to the whole NXT scene. All I'm trying to implement is a simple computer based Remote Control App.

Would anyone be able to post a Basic Example or Tutorial of how I may get this to work.
