Q-Learning for LeJOS

Hi guys,

I have ported QCON Project into Lejos.

When I was porting the code, I discovered:

LeJOS doesn't have random.nextBoolean();
LeJOS doesn't have random.nextGaussian();
LeJOS doesn't have random.nextDouble()
