I2C LCD Display

Postby Gatanui » Fri Feb 10, 2012 5:12 pm

Okay, I must admit I have never worked with third-party-hardware before, so I have no idea how to start. I am currently building a chessclock and I need two additional displays apart from the one on the NXT. I want to buy two LCDs with an I2C-bus-interface and connect it to the NXT, but I have no idea how I am supposed to connect them to the NXT, whether I can address individual pixels, etc. Can anyone help me making the first steps, please? I know the question is not very specific at all, but I simply don't know where to start.
