HiTechnic Sensor Specification

Hello,

I was wondering if there are any information on how to read the raw data from the HiTechnic Sensors. For the Acceleration Sensor (http://www.hitechnic.com/contents/en-us/d19.html) there is a small register layout given. But just a few addresses Anybody got any more information for the other sensors? Especially Gyro and Acc Sensor.
