making .bin files

Ok, stay with me, Im a beginner on this type of stuff, so just hang with me.

I have a .java program on eclipse, and I dont know how to convert it to a .bin file.
I have a feeling of sucess for even coming this far. just a bit of help would be nice.

lejoslink makes the *.bin files.

For example:

lejosjc HelloWorld.java
lejoslink HelloWorld -o hello.bin
lejosdl hello.bin

lejosjc compiles your java file
lejoslink makes it a bin file
lejosdl upload the bin file to the brick
