I have the very same problem.
I added the classes.zip in the leJOS install directory, as pointed out by skoehler.
Now I get the javadoc in eclipse,

but the problem is still present

By "that's fixed it", I was referring to the javadoc. The uploading problem persists.

I have the same problem and the update site URL doesn't work. Does it fix the uploading problem, right?
Can you upload it again, please? I'm working with Eclipse plugin and it's horrible reset Eclipse every time.
