LeJOS 0.9.1 two different Beta versions

I am inquiring as to the state of release 0.9.1 of the LeJOS software. In February, it was announced that 0.9.1 was available and downloading of the new version could occur. However, on the sourceforge site, the newest version is May. There also is a "previous version" in a folder dated March of 2012. Can anyone tell me the difference in these versions, and is any one or the other safer to use? I looked for a "releasenotes.txt" form of file, but didn't see it in the release distributions.
