iCommand sample from 'Maximum' doesn't compile

I have setup icommand 0.5 in EClipse and compiled its sample code successfully.
But when downloaded iCommand samples from book 'Maximum LEGO NXT: Building Robots with Java Brains', they won't compile.

Looks like they are still using wrong package name for classes. My question is if they are out of date or simply too new. Does Brian have plan to revise this? Has anyone tried them yet?
