Hi, I am very new to installing this LEJOS on a mac and I don't know where to go from here. I have MAC OSX 10.8, and I have been following this tutorial http://blog.electricbricks.com/en/2010/07/lejos-installation-mac-os-x/. I got to step 4, and I typed in the following nxjbrowse -u. After this happens, I get the following message in terminal:

This Java instance does not support a 32-bit JVM.
Please install the desired version.

What do I do from here?

Please google on how to install Apple's Java 6 on OS X. This is the last version of Java, that support 32 Bit on Mac. Sorry for the inconvenience. There are also several others threads on this subject in this forum.

So what are the environment variables LEJOS_NXT_JAVA_HOME and JAVA_HOME set to?
If they are not set to the root of the Java 6 JDK, then you will probably use Java 7 instead of Java 6.

You determine their current values with the printenv command. Or by echoing them like this:
echo $LEJOS_NXT_JAVA_HOME
