I'm trying to upload a program via bluetooth could somone give me the commands for the command prommpt and eclipse.

For command prompt, try:

nxj -b MyFile

(don't add .java or anything)

In Eclipse 3.2.2, go to the External Tools and use:
Location:
c:\java\lejos_nxj\bin\nxj.bat
Working Directory:
${project_loc}
Arguments:
-b -r ${java_type_name}

I'm not sure if other versions of Eclipse are slightly different.
