On Linux and Unix systems, you will have to build the distribution first. To do so, switch to the build folder and run ant.
I can't find this "build" folder in the download at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=9339&package_id=217619&release_id=497635
My attempts to run build.xml with ant in src/libnxt and the other one in nxtvm/platform/unix end with " Could not create task or type of type: cc."
All the env vars are set per the README.html.
