Fatal Error in Lejos (newest version) -- Classpath problems?

Hi! I'm a total n00b and I'm trying to make Lejos behave. I'm not having much success

Here's the error I'm getting:

I'm running the latest version of Lejos, on WinXP SP3, on an Asus netbook that's about two years old.

I've very little idea of what's going on here, other than that it's coughing up a lung. Can someone help?
