RCX Startup Screen

When I turn on the RCX, the JVM shows the battery voltage to the left of the "person" icon, but what does the number to the right represent? It always shows zero.

My memory is a little foggy, but I think that's the program number that you are running or about to run?

But I've uploaded 3 programs, and each one uploaded seams to overwrite the last one. If I press PRGM to try and switch programs, the number remains zero and the last one runs if I press RUN.

To have more than one program on the brick at a time you have to upload them all at once. You'll want to type: lejos program1, program2, program3. you can have up to 8 program on the brick at a time. i have never done this but i pulled the information out of Brian's book.
