i cant get this error to stop i tryed a new driver but that dident work can anyone help?

The more you tell us the more help you will get. Is this a new install of leJOS? What operating system? Do you have the Lego drivers installed? Can you access the NXT using the Lego software? Do you have a 32bit version of Java installed?

Try to use nxjflash on the console. It provides more output than the GUI application.
Also, I suspect you simply didn't install the Lego Fantom driver. Well, I assume you're using Windows.

I have a the newest driver. maybe its because i m running a 64bit computer but i installed 32bit java and everything. do the environmental variables have to do with this?

so i got it to work with cmd but now when i run my program it cant find a nxt. it is saying no nxt found i tried "nxjupload r" but i couldn't get that to work.
