Uploading a File from the NXT to a PC

Hi,

I just installed lejos and created a program to read ultrasonic values.
The values are saved in a textfile.
While the program is running the NXT is not connected to my PC.
Everything seems to work just fine, but here is the problem:
I just can't figure out how to get that file onto my PC.

There seem to be only commands to upload files, isn't there an easy way to access files?
Or do I have to write a second program to access the txt file and transfer it to my PC?
