Send message via bluetooth from NXT to PC

Hi,

I use iCommand to communicate with bluetooth and control the NXT. I want to know if it's possible to develop an NXT program which can send message via blutooth while an iCommand program (on the PC) receive them.

In addition, does iCommand can be used on a cellular ? How can replace RXTX, or there is a special release ?
