Could anyone point me some direction to learn programming bluetooth applications for my NXT?

You have two of these. The only blutooth API they have out right now is the icommand stuff.

Stop double posting.
Download the iCommand package and their are some sample programs that you can use as your tutorials. Figure out how they work by reading the program line by line.
