We're planning to read characters with the Lego Mindstorms Light Sensor.
At the moment we are implementing the Otsu-Algorithm to do this. Our problem now is that we don't know what would be an appropriate sampling rate for the Sensor (how much intermediate steps for the motor).
So it would be very helpful if anybody could tell us how many pixels (or mm) at once the sensor reads ??
